I'm Alfredo Iorio. I train professionals and teams on Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, Azure, and Copilot.

I run D365 Training, where I write hands-on guides drawn from real implementations.

Experience

My background is in Supply Chain Management and Operations, primarely in Food and Pharma manufacturing and distribution.

I worked on my first Dynamics 365 implementation in 2015 as the operation lead of a large food importer in the UK. After that, I stepped into a functional consultant role.

In 2025, after completing my 47th end-to-end implementation working alongside some of the largest Microsoft Partners in the UK, I founded D365 Training.

I still work as an independent advisor, trainer and solution architect for large-scale Dynamics implementations. I also help Microsoft partners upskill their consultants and help SMB develop custom employee training programs for Dynamics 365 applications.

I am an author often do training sessions at Microsoft Dynamics events and conferences.
